Auris - water leak after rain

My Toyota Auris Hybrid has a water leak when it rains. The water pools on the passenger side front floor. I checked and noticed that when I pour water on the scuttle, it goes inside the car. I bought the car second-hand and am looking for advice on how to fix this issue. The scuttle holes are clean.

I would take a look behind your wheel arch liner.

If you get the liners off you might be able to see how the water flows as you pour it in?
