Infotainment reboot

Hi everyone, I have a 2019 Corolla hatch and I need to reboot the infotainment screen, I've heard holding the volume knob for a few seconds until I see the Toyota logo , is this correct??? 

Reason is , when I'm playing an album off Spotify via bluetooth it says on the screen ' track 1 ' but it stays on track 1 even if I'm on track 5 ! Thanks 

thats how i reboot my 2024. not sure if yours will be the same.

Thanks , I presume yours is the screen with the buttons down each side ? 

what version of the software are you running (DCU) have you had the AA/ACP upgrade

Not sure on software version but it has android auto

no, just volume and off under screen
