Yaris cross radio no sound

Good day all I have a 73 plate yaris cross exel not sure if due to hot weather but there is nothing coming through my Speakers if I have radio on it lets me change volume, but even on maximum nothing. Have tried using my phone and that as well nothing comes through the Speakers. Even sat nav nothing comes through the Speakers. Is there something I can check or is it a return to the dealer.

Any help would be appreciated

You may have muted the system, have a google, it is apparently done via the steering wheel controls, although I have no experience of the system.

i have checked that its not muted have also checked all the fuses under the bonit but thankyou for your reply

Is it possible that there's a fuse protecting power amplifier? 

This could explain the loss of audio.

have checked all the fuses under the bonit. is there anymore fuses any one could help with.

There is a fuse box under the glove box, but, without checking, I do not know if the audio fuse is there.

😕 eh, that's not what I asked

No, a fuse will not affect the audio level (Unless you have the JBL option) take it back to the dealer and let them sort it
