Toyota Yaris Clock Spring noise

Hello everyone and Happy new year,

I have a toyota yaris 2022 model and suddenly my car started making a strange noise like the one on this video:

Have anyone a solution to this because the car is brand new and the dealership cannot reproduce it and does not fix it. It is the 3rd time we are going to the dealership with the same response. Thank you in advance.

It sounds like plastic on plastic, video the symptoms of your car

Also make sure the carpet and mats are clear of the steering shaft at floor level

I will try to record my car on video but it does exactly the same noise. I believe it is not platic. It sounds more to me like electric sound, like an old pc when it tries to load page. The first time I left my car on the dealership they told me that they used some lubricants and 1 day after i took the car it started making tha same noise.
