Hi all thought I'd try here for a last ditch attempt. 2006 Yaris 1.0 mmt

I only found out the mmt gearbox is a bad one. For the last three days I have been trying my best to get it going basically I messed it up. I was stuck on the side of the road not realising my clutch actually went I tried to do the gear learning and then the N symbol went off the dash . I fitted a new clutch kit and watched all and every video I could to see was there issues with the clutch and gear actuators there dose not to be any problems with these and a new clutch fitted what else can I do now I'm spending my time now constantly doing gearbox training there was a Search party sent out for me I'm gone this long any advice please i am on a budget do I call it a day or is there anything  please send any thoughts from a box of matches to something genuine

It is tricky as not many people know how to diagnose the MMT and just fire the parts cannon at it

Since you fitted a new clutch, it might just need recalibrating; I forget the procedure but it's been posted on the forum before or someone might post it here if they see the thread.

Otherwise the actuators sometimes need replacing but one thing at a time...!
