The MyToyota app on my iPhone has suddenly changed from miles to km. Anyone else affected?

Yes, Mrs D has the same issue with her app since she updated to v2.6.1 (161).

Hello Big_D

Toyota have just emailed me:

 “This issue we believe has been resolved in the latest app update.

Can you please update the app to the latest version (2.6.2).”

I have done it and it is back to miles!
