Multimedia registration on “My T app”

After 3 weeks of owning our  20 reg C-HR excel I’ve finally got round to setting up the “My T” app  but I cannot start the multimedia reg because I don’t know which series of infotainment it is, anyone know?

@Apples73 this is starting to be a feature in the forum.  It can only increase as more cars enter the used car market and alternative dealers are less familiar with the models.

If your C-HR is a 2020 model as per your profile, you would probably have the Touch2 & Go (MM17 / MM19)

I know the apps don't seem to get good reviews but which one is it for a 2021 CHR - MyToyota or MyT ?

From what I can see on the app store MyToyota is the newer one of the two so is it the best?

My Toyota is the one you need. This replaced the MyT app.

Unfortunately it depends on if the car has been 'migrated' over. My dad recently got a 2020 CH-R and the new My Toyota app refuses to recognise it.
When I first had my Prius it was on the MyT app and after a while I got a message to install the new app and register it with that (then I lost loads of features)

Interesting!! I did not know this. I was told by Toyota customer services that the MyT app was being phased out and replaced with the My Toyota app. I use the MyToyota app with my C-HR

Thank you to all of the above - I have deleted the old “MyT” and set up the current “My Toyota” app and registered my details but the app still refuses to recognise the car by the reg or the vin or the QR code! 
Think I could be back off to the dealer to play thick😢
