Broken crankshaft damper pulley

I own a 1992 imported diesel automatic Liteace 8 seater. The crankshaft damper pulley has broken and Toyota no longer manufacture the part. Any suggestions of where i might source one?

Is it possible to recondition? and who could do this?

How has it broken? If it's the rubber damper that has loosened and the outer ring separated, then it may be possible to 'glue' them back together with tiger seal. But it cannot be too far gone as you need to get things pretty well centred, straight and aligned with the timing mark. I've done it in the past and it has lasted surprisingly well.
