2020 Highlander Third Row Seatbelt Buckle Struggles

My son recently moved to a booster seat that is in the third row. The seat belt buckles make it nearly impossible for him to buckle. They are difficult even for adults because they get pushed so far down between the seats that the buckle won't click in. Does anyone have any safe solutions or suggestions for how to keep the third row buckles up where they are supposed to be? I can't find any buckle holders that are compatible with the style of seat belt buckle.
