Proace Adblue update Oil Contamination

I purchased a 2022 2 litre Proace with 3000 miles on it from Toyota in May 2023. I took the van for an adblue recall/update in September. The week after the recall the van went into limp home mode. I managed to get the van to the Toyota dealership. I picked my van up a few days later. They said it was an oil contamination issue. The van had only done a total of 6k at this point. It was agreed it would be serviced with an oil change when I purchased the vehicle. Well almost 2 months to the day the van has gone into limp home mode again. The dealership tells me there is oil contamination and an adblue error. I am waiting for an update about the vehicle. The van has only done 9k.

Interestingly a friend has a Peugeot Boxer with a 2.2 litre engine. He had a recall for and adblue update and is suffering the same oil contamination/quality issues.

Could this be due to a bad adblue update within the PSA group?
