IQ glove bag - useful or not?

As a new-to-me IQ owner I've fallen head over heels with my quirky little car. The only troublesome thing is the lack of storage space in the front for parking permits, masks, phone etc. The glove bag for the IQ seems to be a smallish solution, but they are super expensive if they aren't very useful (cheapest one I've found online is over 100 quid)

Anyone got one in use and what do you think?

It would serve for the requirements you list, parking permits, masks and your phone.  It doesn't hold bulky items very well but does provide a space for some fiddly items.  I used to keep a power cable, parking permits, sunglasses and a duster in mine, it is useful for these.

It is well made and quite robust.

I have seen them cheaper on eBay so maybe wait and see if another comes up?

I'd be a bit concerned about security, I mean I wouldn't leave a bag on show and this is similar.

Am collecting my iQ for the first time in 30mins, doesn't it have an underseat compartment passenger side or is that certain markets only?

There is also the under rear seat storage that could be used...

I have had 3 IQs and never had an undersea storage box sadly.  Were they on the very early ones maybe?

Yes, the bag is on show but not more inviting than any glove box perhaps?

Had one in ours for 10 years. Would definitely miss it. Good for holding insurance docs, maps, permits etc which would otherwise end up on the floor.

Just collected my iQ 🎉

No under front seat storage ☹️

But it does have the storage bag (& rear seat tonneau cover) 🎉

Mines a 2012 model so no under-passenger seat storage in mine. The under-seat in the rear is a very very small space

I recently tried the IQ glove bag and found it to be quite useful, depending on what you need it for. If you're looking for a way to organize and protect your gloves, it's a solid choice.

I recently tried the IQ glove bag and found it to be quite useful, depending on what you need it for. If you're looking for a way to organize and protect your gloves, it's a solid choice. The material is durable, and it has enough space for multiple pairs of gloves. It's also easy to carry around, which is great if you need to bring your gloves to different places.
However, I also found that it is not a must-have for everyone. If you already have a good storage system for your gloves, this bag might not add much value. But for someone who is looking for a new way to keep their gloves in one place, it can be a good investment. For those who need custom options or other types of bags, you might want to check out this https://matohash.com/collections/custom-drawstring-bags-party-favor-bags-mato-hash/custom . They offer a variety of bags that can be personalized, which might be a better fit for your specific needs.

Use ours lots. Owned since new, so always been there.

On a recent road trip it had all trip documents, a Fire table and the bit in front was perfect for the passenger to tuck their mobile phone especially with a charge cable to the nearby 12v socket USB adapter.
